In our business group, Atlas Planning, we are developing the "Exquisite Fried Horse Mackerel" project aimed at moving away from cheap food. We have established a unique supply chain to develop "fried horse mackerel that maintains proper freshness," which had not been possible due to the fragmentation of the production process.
